Editing LinkPattern

   

The LinkPattern defines the rule what pattern a WikiName should follow in order for the WikiName to be hyperlinked automatically to another WikiPage. For all other ways to create hyperlinks see HelpOnLinking. The link pattern is: one or more uppercase letters, then one or more lowercase letters, then one uppercase letter, then any letters (either upper or lowercase). In other words, simply SmashWordsTogetherLikeSo. The LinkPattern may differ between various Open Wiki sites. Some may allow/disallow digits and underscores, and some may allow/disallow non-English characters. Note that a WikiName that conforms to the LinkPattern is //not// hyperlinked when the WikiName is equal to the current page title you are viewing. For instance, the word Link''''''Pattern is a WikiName because it follows the pattern, yet it is not hyperlinked.
